The Shreve was swinging last night at Chicky’s Boom Boom Room. Terence Higgins on THE Funky Swampgreezy drums was the fire that lit the music last night while Nori kept that funky fat bottom bass sound pumping all night long. Also some good rocking shredding coming from Bert’s area last night. He’s always chinking the good funky riffs at the right time. Chicky’s Boom Boom was Zoom Zoom and it was a fun room to play for some people who were dialing into the songs and jams and notes that were flying around last night. It’s nice to play rooms like that, except for the cigarette smoke. Good clean air is good, especially when you have to blow the horn and sing. Everyone take a big breath and sing…………. -ck
